Returns are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
- Returns must be unopened and unused.
- Shipping cost will not be refunded.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
- Customer must contact Dragonfly Tranquility either via phone or email to receive an
RMAnumber before - Refunds will not be issued until the product is received back to Dragonfly Tranquility.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products please contact us to return the unused portion of the product for a full refund less any shipping charges. This guarantee only applies to finished products and does not include any raw products, such as hemp flower, trim, or concentrate.
Damage During Shipping
We inspect and package all products carefully before leaving our warehouse to ensure safe and secure transport to our customers. However, we cannot account for the conditions during transport and therefore, if your products arrive damaged you have 72 hours after delivery to contact us to open a claim.
