What is CBD?

CBD is the abbreviation for Cannabidiol, which is a chemical compound called a phytocannabinoid that can be found in both Marijuana or Hemp. Unlike the better-known THC phytocannabinoid, CBD is not psychoactive and therefore won’t get you high.


Can I overdose on CBD?

You cannot overdose on CBD or any other cannabinoids as they do not have any known toxicity.


What is the recommended dose for CBD products?

Everyone is different and has their own sweet spot dose.  The best thing to do is to start off with low doses (10mg or less) and work your way up until you get your desired results.


Do I need a prescription to order CBD products?

You do not need any prescription to order or purchase CBD products.


Are your products Non-GMO?

Yes, all of our products are derived from organically grown industrial hemp and are NOT genetically modified in any way.

Will I fail a drug test if I use any of your products?

If you use any of our Full Spectrum products there is a possibility you may fail a drug test as these products do contain trace amounts of THC. But all of our Broad Spectrum and Isolate products contain 0% THC and therefore shouldn’t cause you to fail a drug test.


What is the expiration date of Dragonfly Tranquility’s products?

All of our products have an expiration date of 6 to 8 months after purchase date, but many of our product will last longer than that.


How should I store my products?

You should always store any CBD products in a cool dark place when not in use, as light and heat can degrade the CBD.


Do you take orders from other countries other than the USA?

At this time we are not taking any international orders, only orders from the USA.


What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will work to get a replacement order out to you.


Where do you ship to?

We ship to all 50 States in the USA.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS First Class and Priority service to ship our products.


What if I put the wrong shipping address in for my order?

Contact us as soon as possible at or 775-505-1568, and as long as your order has not shipped we will do our best to make the change.


How long does it take before my order ships?

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, although most orders are processed within 24 hours.
