It is the next best thing to Full Spectrum, just without the THC. The proper way to use a tincture is to place an amount under your tongue for 1 minute to allow it to absorb into the bloodstream. You get even better results if you keep it under your tongue longer as more is absorbed into the bloodstream the longer it is under your tongue. After holding it under your tongue most people just swallow the oil.

I was a forward observer in the army and destroyed my knees and back… basically any joint required for hauling lots of weight. I had been taking perscription pain killers and some over the counter ontop of that for the past 4 years, which only numbed the pain.
I have been taking this cbd for about two months now, and have not taken any pain meds since. My back doesnt hurt any more. My knees are to the point where i can run on the treadmill again.
